Creation is a flow of energy and is the result of the movement. Intention is the original purpose which causes us to exercise our ability to produce an effect and creates a flow of energy. Intention also determines the direction, in other words focusing our attention towards the flow of energy towards the one activity, place or being. Our ability to send out energy or receive energy is based upon intention.

Energy healing of any form, whether it is through sound, light or other is stimulated through that intention. Manifestation of a certain experience, is our intention as energy flowing along the path of least resistance. The intention requires awareness of how we direct our consciousness, it can be likened to the resilience of our focus and therefore how strong we hold the intention.
